Landtech runs a drum mulcher head on a Case excavator — good for softwood up to 6–8" and hardwood 6" and under, with access to bigger equipment if the job requires it.
Usually not for clearing your own upland lot, but shoreland zones and wetlands have rules. Sam will flag anything on the walk-through that needs a town or DEP check first.
It stays on the ground as a natural erosion-control layer and breaks down into the soil. If you'd rather have bare dirt for building, that's an earthwork add-on.
